"While planning our menu, Chef Andrew was very conscientious to adhere to our dietary restrictions. The entire menu consisted of nut-free and gluten-free dishes. For the appetizers we chose, Bacon Wrapped Dates, Salmon on the Reef, and the Raspberry Brie Phyllo Cups, which are listed on Viridian’s website. And, believe me, there were no
leftovers. Chef Andrew tailored our main course which included Beef Roulade, stuffed with goat cheese and spinach, and topped with a sweet red pepper sauce. The tenderness of the beef and the subtle flavors of the filling and sauce were delicious. The five-spice plum chicken was delightful and paired well with the Beef Roulade. To compliment both main dishes, bright green steamed broccoli was served along with Bill’s Salad and a delectable potato pave. We were treated as a guest at our own party! Our guests couldn’t rave enough about the food!! We’ll definitely use Viridian Catering again."
